NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION

Body LanguageThis 1/2 day course is designed so people can learn how to get the most from any communication and be able to discern the difference between honesty and falsity. It offers all personnel an opportunity to explore three topics associated with nonverbal communication. Nonverbal Communication - Thought Patterns. This lesson presents us with an opportunity to explore how the mind processes information at the basic level. It also provides us with a chance to discover how each individual would like us to communicate with them as we look into their eyes. Furthermore, we will learn how to respond and get the best from each communication.

Behavioural Flexibility. This lesson provides us with sufficient knowledge so that we will be able to determine the best possible moment to engage in communication.
