SELF-ESTEEM

Self EsteemThis 1 day course is designed to boost your self-esteem. All our students will be presented with life changing information that engenders confidence as we explore 4 reasons for our behaviour. The journey begins by allowing us to consider why we all live in our own unique model of the world. It continues as you take a private journey and begin to discover who you really are and find out why things can overwhelm all of us as we learn coping strategies. After lunch we begin to understand what is stopping us from moving forward. This exercise is extremely beneficial and is often the cause of a real Eureka moment in time. We capture this moment so that you can benefit from it when you need it most. Finally, we discover and learn the strategies that lead us from pessimism to optimism.

IS THIS THE COURSE FOR YOU?  This “Self-Esteem” course is compact and provides people and professional bodies with lasting benefits. It is designed so you will gain an understanding of why people behave in the manner they do and become more confident in the process. It also creates a solid base so you can feel more secure about who you are.

Occasionally, there might be times when you don't feel able to apply yourself to a task or maybe you think other people will mock an idea you have. Perhaps you believe you don't deserve an opportunity to speak you mind. Is it possible that you would like to apply for a new position but have concerns about the opinions formed by others? There are many reasons for people to lack confidence and too numerous to detail here. Nevertheless the outcome to both individuals and business is reduced levels of performance and lack of recognition. So, if you want to explore different possibilities from a position of strength you can. All you have to do is select this course and learn how to boost your self-esteem.

Understanding the world we live in. This lesson allows us to look at the reasons why we all see the world so differently. It provides an opportunity for us to consider how we perceive situations and recall ‘facts’ of what is ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’. Moreover, it provides us with sufficient information so we can understand the benefits and consequences of limitation.

Verbal Communication This lesson informs us of the different language patterns in use in the private and business world today. Some of these language patterns are more effective than others depending on the situation and the context. So we explore these avenues and begin to gain the knowledge of verbal influence.

Self Belief This lesson is designed so students can understand the factors associated with inhibiting behaviour. It also presents information so you can take the opportunity to explore your belief system. We then adjust and refocus this system so you can achieve a very positive and stable mental state.

Powerful Thoughts This lesson acknowledges the power of a thought and how it relates to our behaviour and consequently to the behaviour of others.
